The Eiffel Tower.
The iron lattice tower that once held the title of World’s Tallest Man-made Structure for 41 years. It was almost surreal that I was there in Paris, in front of -THE- Eiffel Tower. Too much grandeur to handle.
I reflect upon my life and could not help but be in so much gratitude to Him for all the wonderful opportunities in life and how easy He has unfolded my life to be. All praises due to the Lord of the Heavens and the Earth.
Someone mentioned how I am the most ‘murah rezeki’ person she has ever met – loosely translated to ‘the luckiest’.
I guess it is not about being ‘murah rezeki’ or ‘lucky’ – but because I have learnt throughout the years to simply be grateful for all the little blessings that Allah has bestowed upon me and really learn to appreciate each one of them. And then when you want something in life, have full faith that He will grant it for you.
Paulo Coelho mentioned in The Alchemist; “And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you achieve it.” As a Muslim, if you have good intentions, I have always believed so.
And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me – indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided.
So my dear friend, take a step back in life, and start to view things from another perspective. You might just be able to hold the Eiffel Tower with your index finger and thumb 😉
Life is Awesome!
